The ZAQA staff conducted a study tour of the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). The objective of the study tour was to enable the ZAQA staff learn from SAQA how they have successfully implemented their National Qualifications Framework (NQF). This will help ZAQA staff gain adequate hands on reference points for them to benchmark the guidelines and develop comprehensive implementation systems.

- Registration, Accreditation and Validation of Qualifications and Standards Setting
- Information, Education and Communication (IEC)
- Information Technology
